Thanks for getting the PT 20 head right out to me.
I just finished putting it together and shooting some tests on my tripod with my Panasonic dvx 100A and SDX 900. It handled the weight of my bigger camera with ease. I am very impressed, not being a technical guy I still found it quick to get it put up with the camera mounted and balanced. I am brand new to using a joy stick but found it's features helpful in this new skill i must now acquire. Of course I'll be practicing a lot. Also looking forward to getting it on my jib. I have a number of new interesting applications for me that I'll keep you posted on.

I’m writing this letter to thank you for the superb product you are currently marking under the name of the Digital PT20 remote Pan/Tilt Unit.
In my business (surgical video production) I have used a camera mounted on a boom for many years. My shoots are all over the country and my success is dependent on reliable equipment. There are seldom opportunities for “retakes”.
Recently I shipped my equipment for a surgery shoot in New York. You can imagine my concern when I unpacked the equipment only to find that the remote control box had been severely bent. Closer inspection showed that the printed circuit board inside was severely stressed by the damage. I carefully straightened the box out as much as I could and reassembled it. When power was applied everything worked as usual, much to my relief. To paraphrase a popular phrase, the box “took a licking but kept on ticking.

"I wanted to thank the Camera Turret Company for providing us with a working device that would improve the basic camera standards in television productions. We purchased a PT24 System with Digital Focus control that would fit our existing manually controlled EZFX Jib. Everything fit rather nicely. We had a problem with the PT24 power supply and the joystick control to the motors. These guys were very nice about fixing the problem. They excepted the unit back and located the problem and redesigned it to make it even better that it was before. Best of all, they loaned me another unit while ours was being rebuilt. Before we purchased the PT24 pan/tilt head, our jib was plain and boring and no one wanted to use it. Now, it's like a whole new system with state of the art technology. We have received many positive responses about our new jib. Many could not believe it was the same jib. We have lots of interested clients looking at us now. We couldn't ask for a better product at this great price. Your work has turned a piece of coal into a diamond.
We plan to buy a PT20 system soon too.

The camera turret jib has been a wonderful solution for my company. It's amazing that I can own a complete jib package for a fraction of the cost of other companies. It's set up is extremely fast, and the whole package is fairly light weight. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner.
